Liabei eBay Listing — last updated 2026-10-28

This Privacy Policy explains how the Liabei eBay Listing application (“the Application”) collects, uses, and protects information when an eBay seller authorizes it to manage their own eBay listings.

1. Scope

The Application is a private tool operated by the eBay seller account owner for their own store. It is not offered as a public service and does not accept accounts from unrelated third parties.

2. Information the Application accesses

After you authorize the Application through eBay’s official OAuth flow, it may access, only for the eBay account that granted consent:

3. Credentials

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens issued by eBay are stored on a privately operated server under the account owner’s control, with restricted file permissions. Credentials are used only to make eBay API calls on your behalf. They are never sold, published, or shared with third parties.

4. How information is used

Accessed information is used solely to create, update, price, and synchronize listings, and to retrieve and fulfill orders for the authorizing seller account. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or resale.

5. Sharing

The Application does not sell or share account data with third parties. Data is exchanged only with eBay’s own APIs, which is inherent to operating the integration.

6. Retention

Product and listing records are retained while the integration is in use, so listings and orders remain synchronized. Order data may be retained as required for bookkeeping and tax obligations.

7. Revoking access

You can revoke the Application’s access at any time from your eBay account settings (Account → Third-party app access). Once revoked, stored tokens can no longer make API calls and should be deleted by the operator.

8. Contact

For any privacy question regarding this integration, contact the store operator through the eBay member messaging system for the eBay account that authorized the Application.
